Half-Day Lighthouse Beach & Snorkel Excursion (4 hours)

Visit Lighthouse Beach on the south-eastern tip of Eleuthera, one of the world’s best beaches according to National Geographic. With the looming development, this is a “must-see” attraction on Eleuthera. With the old access road now closed due to development, the quickest and most comfortable way to Lighthouse Point is on Big Mac. Traverse the spectacular cliffs to capture the views of the turquoise water and pink sand beaches. Snorkel nearby patch reefs from the boat to and from your destination.

Half-Day Schooner & Snorkel Excursion (4 hours)

A few miles from Cape Eleuthera lies the solitude of the Schooner Cays. Take a trip to an island that few have ever set foot on, play in the shallow waters and explore. Go shelling on the sandbar and take spectacular photos. Watch Captain John dive for conch and eat the freshest conch salad in The Bahamas. Snorkel some patch reefs to and from your destination.

Half-Day Fishing

(4 hours)

Whether you have a little experience or a lot, a half-day off the coast of South Eleuthera is sure to please. Look for tuna, wahoo, mahi, mackerel and kingfish when in season. Visit some of Captain John’s favorite reefs to try your line for triggerfish, yellowtail snappers or strawberry groupers. Non-anglers will enjoy the turquoise seas, scenery and dips on beautiful reefs.

This trip is perfect for those who want to try everything. Enjoy a half-day fishing for the “big one.” For the remainder of your day, enjoy scenic beaches such as Lighthouse Beach or the Schooner Cays. Hop in the turquoise waters and snorkel on beautiful reefs throughout the day. Picnic where you choose or eat in or take out lunch from North Point or Harbour Point restaurants while looking for the resident sharks.

Full-Day Beach and Snorkeling Excursions (8 hours)

And, explore the spectacular turquoise and white sand banks of the Schooner Cays, small islands that few have ever set foot on. Depart from Davis Harbour or Cape Eleuthera and fish en-route to these spectacular locations where you will spend the day exploring the shores, looking for shells or relaxing in the crystal-clear waters. Picnic where you choose or eat in or take out lunch from North Point or Harbour Point restaurants while looking for the resident sharks. Snorkel nearby patch reefs from the boat to and from your destinations.

Full-Day Fishing

(8 hours)

Experienced anglers will enjoy a full-day chasing game, sailfish or marlin when in season. Explore the pristine fishing grounds off South Eleuthera such as Tommy Sound and The Bridge. Or cast your line for triggerfish, yellowtail snappers or strawberry groupers on the plentiful reefs. When the bite is on, you will be left very tired by the end of the day. Picnic on-board or eat in or take out lunch from North Point or Harbour Point restaurants. Non-anglers will enjoy the turquoise seas, scenery and dips on beautiful reefs.

Sunset Cruise (2 hours)

Great sunsets are even better on the water. Spend two hours cruising and enjoying the golden hour with a Kalik or cocktails (drinks included). Bring a suit and snorkel. Or just listen to Captain John discuss local history and culture while some classic Bahamian music plays in the background. April-October or by special request.

Exumas Excursion

(9 hours)

The world famous Exuma Island Chain is just about an hour away from South Eleuthera. Visit legendary sites such as Pig Island, Thunderball Grotto and Iguana Cay. Or, snorkel Pablo Escobar’s plane wreck, check out Wardrick Wells National Park and cruise by the private islands of celebrities. Have lunch at Staniel, Compass or Highbourne Cay. Swim with the sharks if you dare. You won’t soon forget your time above or below water in these pristine waters.

Terms & Conditions

Maximum guests:

  • Exuma: 6 adults and 2 kids (10 and under)

  • All other trips: 8 adults and 2 kids (10 and under) 

  • Fishing tackle, bait, snorkel gear, water and ice provided

  • Towels, lunch/snacks and specialty drinks are the responsibility of the guests.

  • Deposit 50%. Balance on arrival.

  • Tips not included.

  • All destinations are weather dependent. If the crossing to Exuma is not possible, we will replace your trip with a Lighthouse Beach full-day adventure, half or full-day fishing trip or a half day beach/snorkeling excursion. If inclement weather prevents your outing as scheduled, you will have priority rescheduling. If we do not have any availability for other excursions during your stay, your deposit will be refunded.

  • Trips may be canceled for a full-refund of deposit more than 60 days out. Trips canceled within 60 days will receive a credit for a future trip.
